Our Zhongshan stamping facility produces over 200 tons of components every month. Automated presses, in house mold design and laser cutting give us precision and repeatability across large production runs.
What we make
We specialize in steel gaskets, large cover plates and handrail cover plates, and we handle everything from small fittings to large components. Our focus is high volume production with tight tolerances.
2205 duplex stainless steel
Few stampers offer 2205 duplex stainless steel. We have strong experience with it. It combines high strength with excellent corrosion resistance, making it a good choice for handrail cover plates and outdoor or structural parts. Learn more in Why choose 2205 steel.
Faster customization
Because we design molds and laser cut in house, we can adapt quickly to custom projects and reduce lead times. There is no waiting on outside tooling or cutting suppliers.
Finishing and follow on work
Vibration polishing is available to improve surface finish. Stamped parts can also move into CNC machining, powder coating and assembly within our network.
