Factory Space
We deliver precision investment casting for industries ranging from energy to food processing. Working with two specialist foundries in Quanzhou and Yunfu, we produce complex, thin walled components with excellent surface quality and consistent dimensions.
Two specialist foundries
Our Quanzhou partner has more than 25 years of investment casting experience. It uses vacuum suction casting, which reduces shrinkage and improves dimensional accuracy. This makes it ideal for valves, pumps and other parts where precision matters. Our Yunfu partner specializes in high temperature and nickel based alloys for gas turbine and oil exploration applications. It produces durable handles, steel boxes, mixer rods and similar hardware. Both foundries hold ISO and TS 16949 certifications.
Materials and capacity
We cast stainless steels, duplex alloys such as 2205, and nickel alloys. Combined capacity is 60 to 80 tons per month, so we can support both small pilot runs and ongoing production.
From casting to finished part
Most castings need further work before they are ready to use. Parts can move straight into CNC machining for drilling, tapping and milling, then on to powder coating and assembly. One supplier handles the whole route, which reduces handling time and keeps quality consistent.

Our Zhongshan stamping facility produces over 200 tons of components every month. Automated presses, in house mold design and laser cutting give us precision and repeatability across large production runs.
What we make
We specialize in steel gaskets, large cover plates and handrail cover plates, and we handle everything from small fittings to large components. Our focus is high volume production with tight tolerances.
2205 duplex stainless steel
Few stampers offer 2205 duplex stainless steel. We have strong experience with it. It combines high strength with excellent corrosion resistance, making it a good choice for handrail cover plates and outdoor or structural parts. Learn more in Why choose 2205 steel.
Faster customization
Because we design molds and laser cut in house, we can adapt quickly to custom projects and reduce lead times. There is no waiting on outside tooling or cutting suppliers.
Finishing and follow on work
Vibration polishing is available to improve surface finish. Stamped parts can also move into CNC machining, powder coating and assembly within our network.

At our Huangpu facility, we provide precise CNC machining for cast and stamped components. Using modern CNC machines, we carry out drilling, tapping, milling and cutting to tight tolerances.
Machining cast and stamped parts
Most of our machining work finishes parts made by our own investment casting and metal stamping lines. Keeping this in one network avoids shipping blanks to an outside machine shop and shortens turnaround times. Read more in CNC machining after casting.

We specialize in lighting boxes, home appliances and handrail fittings. Because Minzhong is close to our machining and assembly site at Huangpu, parts move quickly from CNC machining to coating to assembly.
Coatings tailored to your needs
We match the coating to how the part will be used. We can specify indoor or outdoor powders, gloss levels, textures, and finishes to meet warranty requirements. Premium powders and controlled curing give strong adhesion, even color, and good resistance to corrosion and wear.

Quality control

Our dry tumbling process gives stainless steel precision castings a consistent, refined surface finish without using water. It is our preferred finish for export components that need a clean, repeatable look.
How it works
Components are processed in a closed rolling environment using professional composite abrasive media and eco friendly polishing agents. This removes the scratches and roughness left after preliminary grinding, leaving a smooth, uniform surface with no color variation between parts.
Why choose it over belt polishing
Manual belt polishing depends on the skill of each operator. It can over grind surfaces, round off edges and leave differences between parts. Dry tumbling preserves the original edges, contours and dimensions of each casting, so every part keeps its intended shape.
This makes it especially well suited to handrail and railing accessories, where parts must fit together and look the same across a full installation.

The process is highly automated, so results do not depend on individual polishers. Quality stays consistent from the first batch to the last, even on large orders.

Our prototyping service bridges the gap between concept and production. We make prototypes using the same materials and processes as full production: investment casting, stamping, machining and coating. That means your test parts behave like the real thing.
